Altar Guild
The Altar Guild is the ministry of preparing and maintaining the vessels and vestments used at the altar. Members are trained and assigned to a rotating team that is responsible for service preparation during a given week.
There are four or five members on each of our 12 Altar Guild teams. Each team is assigned for one month and is responsible for special service set up; such as Communion, Baptism, receptions, weddings, etc., laundering and care of linens and communion chalices during their month of service.
