Youth week at Camp Wapo is for kids in grades 4 through 8. Every morning we have chapel time with music, and skits that are all focused on a Christian message and lead by the young counselors in the beautiful Crossfire building. In the evening we share creative worship services, including drama worship, hip hop worship (led by the singer Agape) and outdoor worship with a social justice theme. Our chapel time is loaded with energy, music, skits and Christian messaged shared by counselors. Campers sleep in cabin groups and have Bible study time together. This year campers explored the "I am..."statements of Jesus, such as: "I am the bread of life"; I am the light of the world;" and/or I am the truth". Some of the recreation activities that campers got to participate with, included horseback riding, farm visit, beach party, boating, swimming, campfires, roasting marshmallows, table tennis, Capture-the-Flag, and even 9-square.
