We move from one part of life to the other without thnking too much about how they intersect and relate to one another. As Christian people, however, called by God to faith in Jesus Christ, bptized into the family of God called the Church, given a new identity as a Child of God, Jesus makes a claim on all of our life. We are disciples of Jesus Christ everyday - no matter where we are or what we are doing.

Jesus calls us to be Everyday Disciples. Throughout the year, we will emphasize what it means to be an Everyday Disciple of Jesus.

As disciples, we learn about the faith, we serve our neighbors, we worship weekly, we share our faith with others, we read the Bible, and we pray every day.

As we participate in these disciplines of the faith, The Marks of Discipleship, the Holy Spirit has a chance to work in our lives, molding us and shaping us into the kind of people God wants us to be.
Through these disciplines of the faith, The marks of Discipleship, the Holy Spirit has a chance to work in our lives, molding us and shaping us into the kind of people God wants us to be.

Through these disciplines we become closer to God, understand to a greater extent God's will for us in life, and learn more fully what it means to live faithfully.
